Building upon her 20+ years experience in improvisational comedy with the performing groups, Laughing Matters and The Gorgeous Ladies of Comedy, Allison bridges the tools of improvisation with business management skills to teach people the principles of leadership through intuitive and spontaneous thinking.
Recent improv training clients include Autotrader, Benefit Cosmetics, CareerBuilder.com, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, The Coca-Cola Company, Cox Communications, Dell SecureWorks, Newell Rubbermaid, Siemens, The Southern Company, Turner Broadcasting and TIAA-Cref.
Allison currently holds the leadership role of Director of the Doctoral Program in Business at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She received her degree in theater from the College of Charleston and has trained extensively with improvisational trainers around the country.
Jim joined the team in 2014, taking the role of Chief Innovation Officer here at Dumore Improv. He has been working in the Fortune 500 world since 1999 and has been teaching improvisation since 1997. Jim was the Education Director at the Jackpie Theatre Workshop in Atlanta GA, which he co-founded in 2002, and has been combining his knowledge of business communication and innovation with his improv skills ever since.
Jim lives by the philosophy of being interesting by being interested. His world revolves around his mission to clarify and amplify and loves nothing more than enabling "a-ha" moments in his client’s lives.
Jim lives in Atlanta GA with his wife Mary and his son Eli. When he is not mashing up improv and innovation you can find him drawing, reading and taking way too many pictures.

Elizabeth currently works with creative, technical and product teams as a Digital Content Strategist at Ally Financial.

Elizabeth is a proud UNC-Chapel Hill alum and when she’s not writing or improvising you can find her trying out some crazy new hobby like tai chi skeet ballroom meditation.
